What’s New at Super Meeting 2025?

NEW! Monday Night Madness

On Monday, September 29, the Strategic Partner team will be kicking things off in style with Monday Night Madness from 6-9 PM at the Gaylord’s incredible Mountain Pass venue.

Once there, you’ll catch the Denver Broncos take on the Cincinnati Bengals on massive indoor and outdoor screens. Enjoy TopGolf swings between plays, custom cigar wrapping, and game-day bites while mingling with Nexstar members around the outdoor fireplace. During halftime, we’ll be giving away some premium prizes, including a Bo Nix autographed Broncos jersey, a John Elway autographed Broncos jersey, a Peyton Manning autographed Broncos helmet, and a $5,000 cash prize!

NEW! Super Meeting Podcast Space

Tune in to insightful and lively conversations happening in our Super Meeting podcast space, which will be adjacent to the Registration Desk. Our hosts, Digital Marketing Coach Nick Rau and Business Coach Joshua Tessier, will share the mic with several members, keynote speakers, our Strategic Partners, industry partners, and more! You can check out this new space on Tuesday from 8 AM – 3 PM and Wednesday from 3:30-6 PM! As an added bonus, Women of Nexstar will host a LIVE Moxie event – Wednesday from 2:30 – 3:15 with special guest Claire Ferrara, President of Standard Heating & Air Conditioning and Nexstar Board Member.

Returning Favorites

We’re excited to bring back some member favorites from Super Meeting 2024, including our 90-to-Connect speed networking event, the Coach and Trainer Connection Rooms, and our two-day Strategic Partner Tradeshow.

This year, we’re retiring our toolbox game and adding multiple opportunities to win fantastic prizes throughout the tradeshow. We’re leveling up the fun with raffle prize drawings every 30 minutes! That’s right—just by scanning your badge at partner booths, you’ll be entered to win some seriously awesome prizes.
